Manhood Training InitiativeA young man struggling to find and define himself will always seek validation, however this validation among young people can often times come from nonproductive and negative sources. This is why we lose so many of our young men to gangs, and poor choices. Gangs, for many, are fulfilling the function of provision, purpose, support and protection for our young men.
Growing4ward will partner with schools, organizations and programs across the Globe, to facilitate Manhood Training Programs, forums and educational excursions, that focus on mentoring, exposure and empowering boys into future men. Through this initiative we teach young men about their history, potential, and provide them with opportunities to learn essential life skills that will groom them for success in college, their careers and beyond. If you are a college, high school, organization or program, and would like to create an opportunity for your young people, please contact us by emailing [email protected] Our vision is to create powerful and productive collaborations across the country, and beyond. We look forward to the opportunity to partner with those sharing our passion, and commitment towards the education, and elevation of our young people. |
College ToursGrowing4ward promotes the importance of education, for young men and women in under-served communities, by providing them with opportunities for exposure to the benefits of higher education.
